Design is more than drawing buildings.

Anita Waheire is the Founder of Archit Designs Ltd. Her professional journey began with a technical education in architecture, which gave her a strong foundation in design development, construction documentation, building technology and the practical delivery of projects.

She went on to build experience across architectural design, project coordination, construction, development control and real estate. Her experience at Tatu City exposed her to the wider dynamics of a master-planned urban development, including infrastructure coordination, planning regulations, development approvals, site compliance and the relationship between design and long-term investment value.

Drawing from this experience, Anita founded Archit Designs Ltd to provide an integrated approach to Design, Build and Real Estate. Her understanding of architecture, construction, infrastructure, regulation, investment and property development enables her to guide projects from the initial idea through design, approvals, coordination, execution and real estate positioning.

Through Archit Designs Ltd, she is committed to creating purposeful spaces, delivering well-coordinated developments and helping clients make informed design, construction and property investment decisions.
